Commercial leak detection
Commercial instructions need a quotation shaped around the premises, operating hours, supply arrangement and consequences of shutting off water.
Discuss this problemPlan around the building in use
An office, shop, managed block or larger property may have more complex isolation and access requirements than a house. Tell us how the premises are used and which areas or services cannot be interrupted without prior planning.
Provide the available records
Plans, valve schedules, meter history and previous test results can help define the investigation. Confirm who can grant access to locked rooms, risers, external areas and neighbouring units if required.
Agree the work and reporting
The quotation should establish the investigation scope, necessary attendance arrangements and the intended recipient of the report. Repair, access and reinstatement requirements need to be addressed expressly for the particular instruction.
Commercial pricing is separate
The £1,600 residential offer does not apply automatically to commercial or complex managed-building work. We need the property details and intended scope before confirming a commercial quotation.
Tell us about the premises.
Commercial work is quoted separately. Include the operating requirements, access restrictions and the person authorised to instruct the work.
Tell us what’s
happening at home.
A damp patch. A moving meter. A boiler that keeps losing pressure. You don’t need to know where the leak is to make an enquiry.
