Understand the problem before opening the property
Tell us what has changed: a falling heating-pressure gauge, a moving meter, persistent damp or visible water. We relate those symptoms to the relevant system and explain suitable checks, proposed access and the repair scope.
A clear residential package
Our £1,600 agreed residential package includes detection, necessary access, plumbing repair, parts, testing, a written report and a 12-month workmanship warranty. Decorative and remedial reinstatement is excluded. The £100 deposit is part of the total and is requested after the appointment is confirmed.
