Confirm suitability and availability
The full address, property use and symptoms are reviewed before the appointment is agreed. Coverage listings do not guarantee an available slot or a particular attendance time. Commercial work is quoted separately.
Agree the residential scope
The residential total is £1,600 including applicable tax. A £100 deposit is deducted, leaving £1,500. The agreed scope covers investigation, detection, tracing, necessary access or excavation, plumbing repair, parts, materials, testing and a Trace & Access report.
Know the exclusions
Decorative and remedial reinstatement are excluded. Existing unrelated defects and a different or wider work instruction are not silently added to the agreed job. The required scope and any changes need to be discussed.
Arrange authority and access
The person booking must establish who can authorise the work and any necessary opening. Tell us about managed buildings, neighbouring property access, shared supplies and known restrictions before confirming a visit.
Get the full terms before payment
Before agreeing or paying for a visit, check the legal business details, scope, appointment, deposit and balance timing, cancellation and refund arrangements, and warranty process in the written booking confirmation. An enquiry does not reserve an appointment. No payment is taken on this website.
