Borescope inspection
A small inspection camera can provide a view into an accessible void without a large opening.
Inspect what can be reached
Suitable existing gaps or agreed inspection openings may allow a view behind an enclosure or inside a floor void. Images can help identify pipework, wet materials or a visible source.
A limited field of view
Insulation, framing, obstructions and the available entry angle may prevent a complete view. The camera cannot inspect every part of a concealed system from one point.
Decide the next step
A useful view can refine an access plan or explain an observation. Where the view is inconclusive, further testing or agreed access may still be required.

A damp patch. A moving meter. A boiler that keeps losing pressure. You don’t need to know where the leak is to make an enquiry.
